  Totally surprised by this bistro. My husband and I stopped by because our first choice for brunch was a 30 minute wait. From the outside, we weren't even sure it was open. Once we got in, though, the place was packed. We were still able to get a table quickly, and the service was not lacking even though they were so busy. Our waters were constantly filled and our server was very friendly.
  
  The fare was European/French and the decor matched it. Exposed brick walls and a series of "European" art. I only put that in quotes because I'm not sure who did the paintings or really anything about art, but that's what I would describe the laid-back women in the paintings.
  
  My husband got the special of the day which was a cheesy polenta "cake". It was super tasty! I got the banana pecan waffle with a side of bacon. The waitress asked if I wanted it extra crispy, which I did, but I'd never ask for out of concern that I would sound like a pain in the butt.
  
  Overall, great brunch experience.
