  I am astounded by the reviews below that talk about fantastic service experiences...they must be the parents or friends of employees. I have always had terrible customer service at this Jimmy John's location. I understand that everyone has an off day but every time I've been in there has been the "off day". The employees have unfortunately always been rude and impolite when I've been there, showing zero friendliness, zero customer service skills, and zero smiles! Today's experience was one of the worst...but each experience seems to be a bit worse than the one before! I love the sandwiches and the food quality is always great...I just don't love it enough to keep enduring their special brand of customer (dis)service.
