  I'm a huge Starbucks fan. I never start my day without a venti blonde roast. This is the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. I asked for raw sugar, they didn't have any. I asked for regular sugar, and the guy said it was in a jar on the counter. I pointed out to him that it was empty, and he just shrugged his shoulders and said sorry. Terrible customer service!

  Coffee is regularly good here. Only complaint would be how busy they get. That just proves they are popular!

  When my drink comes it correctly, it's okay at best. The staff never seems to be to pleased with anyone. I ordered a Double shot, which has been my go-to drink for years, and they not only had no idea to make it, but said they wouldn't because it wasn't on menu.
